The WCAV is a California state-licensed pregnancy medical clinic committed to serving individuals facing unplanned pregnancies. The faithful support of donors allows the WCAV to provide free medical services, including pregnancy testing and limited OB ultrasounds.  Donor generosity provides prenatal vitamins, nurse assessments, pregnancy and pregnancy options education, and basic material necessities like diapers, clothes, car seats, and more. All services are free. We do not, however, provide ongoing prenatal care, distribute birth control, provide STI testing, or refer for or provide abortions. But we will share information and talk honestly about these subjects.

Unlike many “women’s clinics,” the WCAV does not profit from our clients’ sexual health or pregnancy decisions. The WCAV depends on charitable partners like you so we can continue to provide a safe space for women and men facing unplanned pregnancies to receive honest information about parenting, adoption, and abortion and to receive the support they need moving forward.
